So let’s take a look at the fantastic features that every vinyl gazebo should offer.

A. Vented Vinyl Cupola– The cupola is the ‘snorkel’ of any outdoor building.  This feature allows the building and its occupants to breathe more comfortably because of enhanced airflow.  It is also roofed with materials to match the gazebo

B.  Higher Roof Lines- Our gazebos are taller by having up to 30% more volume than other gazebos allowing matching top rails which present a pleasing uniform appearance plus enhanced standing view over the door.

C.  No Maintenance Corner Braces- Machined from solid polymer, our intricate decorative braces maintain their color and never need painting.

D.  Vented Soffits- Vented soffits around the perimeter of the gazebo combined with our posts that give our gazebos additional height allow for 30% more ventilation through the structure.

E.  Cornice Boards- The ‘crown moulding’ of any gazebo is beautiful, but when it is constructed of solid treated 2×6 boards and encased in a vinyl sleeve, it just got a lot more attractive because of this low maintenance feature.

F.  Structural Posts- With the strength of solid wood and the maintenance free advantages of a thick vinyl sleeve, you get the best of both worlds.  Our vinyl clad posts are made of revolutionary laminated 4×4 posts for maximum strength and support.

G.  Roof Material Choices- Asphalt shingles are installed over pressure treated tongue and groove underlayment and 2×6 rafters.  Multiple colors are available for you to choose from.  Some models are available with cedar shakes as well.

H.  Railings- You can’t beat having options, and when you get your choice of balusters/railings for your new gazebo, life just got really good.  Both top and bottom are secured with stainless steel hardware.

I.  Screens/Windows- When this option is selected by you to include in your new gazebo, you have just created a nuisance-free interior- a wonderful thing!

J.  Composite Flooring- Composite decking material is a huge plus for any vinyl gazebo.  Our parqueted floor is characterized by an attractive non-slip wood grain texture.  Each floorboard is directly mounted to a double pressure treated 2×6 joist for maximum strength (no toenailing.)  If you are looking to install a hot tub in your new gazebo, be sure that the floor is structurally designed to support the weight.

K.  Handrail Choices- Again another place that you should have some choices.  At Kloter Farms you may select from 4 styles of vinyl spindles.  Rails are solid treated wood in a vinyl sleeve.  The vinyl spindles are countersunk into a wooden core and glued for maximum stability.
