Fall Adventures in Connecticut

I love October days. I love the colors of autumn. I love that I get to dress in layers and wear boots. I love sipping hot apple cider and the taste of pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. I love the smell of campfires and feeling cozy under soft blankets. I love breathing in the crisp morning air and the seeing the long shadows in the evenings. I love the traditions that fall brings.

Every year my friend and I go to Belltown Hill Orchard in Glastonbury, CT. This year her six month old son got to be a part of our tradition. As you approach the orchard, it just feels like picture perfect New England. We spend a few hours riding around on the wagons, picking our own varieties of apples, enjoying their hot apple cider and apple cider donuts.

While we enjoy Belltown Hill Orchards, this isn’t just about my traditions. It’s to encourage you to get out there and be adventurous this fall! Use this bucket list to inspire your creativity of activities!
